DURING THE SESSION

How healing can feel during a process:

There are many ways, sensations and feelings that can arise during a healing session. Everyone's experience is unique and personal.

Spontaneous movement

A common experience is spontaneous movements or kriyas. These movements are involuntary and non-intentional. These kriyas occur due to increased millivoltage discharging along the motor neurons and muscle fibres, leading to spontaneous twitches or vibrations, which can cause the body to move.

The body's way of releasing stagnant or blocked energy and emotions, trauma leaving the body, clearing the path for a lighter state of being. When someone experiences these movements this does not mean a Kundalini Awakening. The body is discharging. These movements are surface or opening of the system And are not to be confused with deep healing.

During a session, it is possible to experience a range of physical manifestations as the inner energy moves and releases. These can include:

  • Quivering

  • Trembling

  • Twitching

  • Small or massive jerks

  • Graceful movements of hands or other body parts

  • Swaying

  • Grimacing

  • Dance-like movements

  • Yoga postures (including advanced ones)

  • Violent movements like beating of the chest

  • Tapping

  • Muscle contractions

These physical expressions are outward manifestations of the movement of our inner energy. They can arise as a natural response to the energetic shifts and releases occurring within the body. It's essential to approach these experiences with acceptance and non-judgment. Your bodies way of returning back to centre.

The opening of our unconscious minds allows suppressed emotions to rise to the surface. This can occur in different ways, sometimes manifesting as violent and jerky or graceful movements when the emotions are more blissful.

In some cases, individuals may not immediately recognise the connection between their emotions and the specific movements of their body, as certain emotions may not have fully emerged from the unconscious mind. While the outer expression, known as kriyas, or movements, is visible, the full emotional content may not be fully felt at that moment. However, with time, the emotions are likely to emerge more thoroughly, leading to a decrease in the intensity of the particular movement experienced.

It's essential to approach these experiences with patience and understanding, allowing the process to unfold naturally as emotions gradually emerge and are integrated into our conscious awareness.

Nervous System Regulation

Trauma cycle completion refers to the process of fully resolving and integrating a traumatic experience, allowing the survival instinct reactions to return to a normal or neutral state.

Unlike animals in the wild, humans often struggle to naturally complete trauma cycles after surviving emotional, physical, or sexual abuse. Animals instinctively shake off their trauma or engage in actions that simulate the act of survival, thereby completing the trauma process.

Completing trauma involves discharging the retained energy, which can be experienced as a physical, emotional and energetic response during the healing process.

Effective healing approaches should facilitate the completion of trauma cycles in both the mind and body. However, it is important to note that reliving the traumatic event is not always necessary. Safe spaceholding can enable individuals to complete trauma and resolve specific traumas without directly reliving the traumatic event.

Emotional Release & expression

Letting go. Many individuals find it challenging to embrace the present moment and allow themselves to sit with their feelings and emotions. In today's society, we are often not encouraged to acknowledge and process our negative emotions, leaving them trapped within our bodies. These emotions become imprisoned within our cells, shielded by an unconscious defence mechanism that convinces us it is unsafe to experience these feelings.

Stagnant emotions find a pathway to be felt and released, often manifesting as sounds or noises expressed from the throat chakra. Embracing and allowing these spontaneous expressions enables the release of unprocessed emotions and facilitates the completion of trauma cycles. Some common manifestations include:

  • Laughter

  • Crying

  • Singing

  • Screaming

  • Roaring

  • Humming

  • Yawning

  • Coughing

  • Burping

  • Unfamiliar sounds you may have never made before

By surrendering to these natural expressions, the unprocessed emotions/energies are given space to shift and transform, fostering healing and resolution.

MINDS EYE INSIGHT

This healing can stimulate the opening of the third eye. During sessions, individuals often experience heightened visions, receive clear messages, and have profound connections to the spiritual realm. Many have also reported their third eye beginning to open for the first time.

Furthermore, this frequency creates a pathway for higher energies to flow into the spiritual body, purging accumulated blockages and revitalising the energy system. As a result, the body's life force and vitality significantly increase.

The third eye can open wider or awaken for the first time through participation in these sessions. Opening the third eye empowers individuals with spiritual vision, allowing them to experience colours, vibrant, moving shapes, dimensional travel, telepathy, glimpses into the future, communication with the departed, past life recall, and connection with the higher self.

These experiences indicate the physical body's way of dissolving, clearing, and purifying the energetic system. If you encounter any pain or discomfort, it is important not to let the mind take over. Stay present with the discomfort, almost merging with the uncomfortable sensation instead of becoming frustrated or trying to avoid it. By allowing yourself to be with it, the discomfort will gradually dissipate and melt away during the clearing process.

It's important to remember that you maintain full awareness of your experience throughout the session. If the intensity of emotions or movements becomes overwhelming at any point, you can always open your eyes, sit up, take a break, or even visit the bathroom. You are safe and conscious and can navigate the session according to your comfort and well-being.

Bliss state

Bliss is a phenomenon closely associated with heart expansion and the increased flow of energy in the nerves. It is deeply intertwined with healing energy, as it can dissolve the pain body and release the impact of past trauma from the body. In a positive way, Bliss helps us soften from our past pain, creating space for profound healing.

Experiencing the bliss state can evoke profound sensations of oneness, deep connection, intense gratitude, pure joy, calmness, love, peace, orgasmic waves, out-of-body experiences, expanded awareness, and a sense of floating in the divine.

It's important to share if this bliss state is been experienced very regularly in healing sessions - its good to self explore if there is a disaccosiaton occurring. As true embodiment is down and inward - not up and out.

Inward feelings

During the session, you may have intense energy expressing inwardly. There may not be much external movement or visible emotions, but you will feel a deep internal sensation of energy in various parts of your physical body. These sensations can include:

  • Floating

  • Goosebumps

  • Flickers of energy

  • Sensation of energy flowing like liquid

  • Feeling of coldness in specific areas

  • Feeling of heat in specific areas

  • Tingles

  • Falling sensations

  • Numbness

  • Sensations of pain or discomfort in past injuries or space of stagnant energy

  • A weighted, heavy feeling or stiffness

  • Itchiness

  • Pins and needles

  • Electric shocks

  • Energetic pressure in certain parts of the body

  • Sensations of bubbles rising

  • Cool breeze on the skin

  • Popping sensation in the ears

  • Pressure in specific body areas

Not feeling anything?

All is ok and you may just need some time to allow energy blocks to dissolve and consciously work on being more present and in the body both during and between sessions. Emotions that's been stored for a long time can be guarded with self built armour and protection. Also bringing big expectations or in a wheel of distraction of the mind or trauma story loop.
